The 15th Annual CASETA Symposium and Texas Art Fair will take place April 28 - 30 in Fort Worth, Texas. The Fair will take place at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center. This year the symposium will feature renowned speakers with presentations on Early Texas Art. Speakers and topics include: Ken Hatertepe on Hermann Lungkwitz & other German artists; Richard Bretell on Texas Art in the Cosmopolitan Age; Althea Ruoppo on Robert Preusser; Shirley Reece-Hughes on Valton Tyler; David Farmer on the Printmakers Guild and Scott Barker on Fort Worth Modernism.

10 Art Dealers will bring a selection of rare early Texas art for the art fair portion of the event. The Texas Art Fair is open and free the the public April 29 & 30. Check out the website for special events and venues if you register and attend the event.
