Exhibited: Museum of Fine Arts Houston, 1935 - 1937, 1938 (prize), 1939 (prize), 1940 - 1945, 1946 (prize), 1954 (prize), 1955 (prize); Corcoran Gallery biennial, 1941; Southwest Texas Exhibition, 1946, and prior; Texas General; Laguna Gloria Museum, Austin, TX; Elisabet Ney Museum, Austin; Junior League of Houston, 1952 (solo).

Awards: prizes, Art League of Houston, 1953, 1955; Beaumont Museum of Art, 1958.

Comments: Illustrator: “Shafts of Gold,” 1938; “Children of Hawaii,” 1939; “Ape of Heaven”; “Half Dark Moon”; “Wildwood Friends,” and other books. Author: “Pioneer Texas” (a play).
