Terry MacSparran was a San Antonio Texas native and in Virginia and Louisiana.
Exhibitions:
1955 - 26th Annual Exhibition – Association of Georgia Artists, Telfair Academy of Arts and Sciences, 1955
1955 – The Savannah Art Club, Autumn Exhibition at Telfair Academy of Arts & Schiences. MacSparran won 1st prize for her painting: “Study”.
1956 – The Texas Watercolor Society – 7th Annual Exhibition at the Witte Memorial Museum, San Antonio, Texas. MacSparran was awarded the purchase prize in this show for her painting:” Fantastique”.
1957 – 15th Annual Louisiana State Art Exhibition of Paintings; MacSparran was awarded second prize for her painting: “ Swampscape No 1”
1958 – 7th Beaumont Art Museum Annual. MacSparran won 2nd prize in the show for her painting “Garden”
1958 – Art Association of New Orleans 34th Annual Autumn Exhibition at the Delgado Museum of Art in New Orleans. MacSparran awarded one of top 2 purchase prizes.
1960 - Group Show Terry Macsparran at Drian Gallery, 7 Porchester Place, Marble Arch, London: 1960
1963 – 66th Annual National Exhibition, Watercolors, Prints, Drawings; the Washington Watercolor Association, April 7 – 25, 1963, the National Collection of Fine Arts, Smithsonian Institution – Washington, D.C.
